1960's Omega Seamaster Automatic Gents Watch on an Onega 1036 Beads Of Rice Bracelet 
 
Case is gold plated with a steel back and like the dial is in very good condition. The bracelet shows some signs of light wear. 
 
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel Omega Automatic Movement
