This is this is a 1970's Roamer Anfibio Automatic Gents Military Style Watch.
 
With the exception of some tiny scratches on the glass really magnified by the photo, you'd think this watch has never been worn, and we suspect you'd be right as there are no signs of wear at all, it basically is in immaculate condition.
