Case is Sterling Silver has European Marks, case is in very good condition, the dial has some hairline cracks commensurate with its age, but barely noticeable 
 
Inside the case is a a Jewelled Swiss Movement signed Omega 
 
Cosmetically Overall this is in very good condition and running well.
