Gruen Veri-Thin Gents Watch c1939 but could easily be a '40-41.
 
Stepped Tonneau Case, 10k Gold Filled Bezel, Steel back.The case is in very good condition with Very little signs of wear,  Inside the case we have a 17 Jewel,Swiss Movement and signed Gruen Watch Co..
 
The dial,does show some wear but not overly so, as the numerals are crisp and clear. This is a very elegant watch, cosmetically in good condition for its age
