WW2 Recta Gents Military Watch Borgel Cased, Property of HA Hunter RAF 1056366
 
Recta made very good watches, during WW2 both German and British military personnel wore watches made by the Recta Watch Co, this isn't an official issue Watch although worn by an RAF Officer, we have tried to track down this individuals military records but the MOD still has WW2 RAF personnel classified, all we can tell you is that his serial number is low and we could conjecture that he also served in the RFC in WW1. Unfortunately we can tell his rank either. 
 
The case is in truly excellent condition as is the Sterile dial, inside the case is a Swiss Jewelled movement signed Recta. The case back is also signed Recta and had the FB Stamp for Francois Borgel. 
 
Cosmetically in excellent condition and running well.
